Thom is a skilled osteopath who completed his studies at Victoria University in Melbourne, earning a Bachelor of Health Science (Clinical Science) and a Master of Health Science (Osteopathy). With extensive experience in sports rehabilitation and musculoskeletal injury management, Thom has worked with athletes in the Western Football League (Aussie Rules) and the Ladies PGA. He also has a strong background in residential aged care, where he led the allied health division with a focus on falls prevention, rehabilitation, and improving mobility in seniors.

Thom's approach to treating musculoskeletal pain and sports injuries is highly personalized and effective. He combines osteopathic techniques and manual therapy methods such as joint articulation, soft tissue massage, and spinal adjustments to promote both short-term pain relief and long-term recovery. His treatment plans are designed to restore range of motion, improve functional movement, and address poor movement patterns that contribute to acute/chronic pain and injury.

With a strong passion for manual therapy and holistic healing, Millie focuses on helping her patients not only relieve pain but also provide them with the tools and knowledge to prevent future discomfort.

Millie’s osteopathic treatment style combines a range of hands-on techniques including massage, stretching, and joint articulation.
